Modern Slavery Statement
CyberSight Forensics (a trading name of Phishermans Ltd) is committed to acting ethically and with integrity, and to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.
As a small business we may fall below the turnover threshold at which a statement is mandatory under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We publish this statement voluntarily because we believe the commitment matters regardless of size.
Our business
We provide digital forensics and incident response services to organisations in the United Kingdom. Our supply chain is small and consists mainly of software, hardware and professional-service providers.
Our policies
We operate a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. We expect everyone who works with or for us, including suppliers, to share that commitment and to comply with all applicable laws.
Due diligence
We consider modern-slavery risk when selecting suppliers and partners, and we will not knowingly work with any organisation involved in slavery or human trafficking.
Awareness
We make those involved in our business aware of the risks of modern slavery and how to raise a concern.
Approval
This statement is made on behalf of Phishermans Ltd and is approved by its directors. It will be reviewed and updated annually.
